Information we collect
When you request a workflow review, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and the message you submit. Customer onboarding may also collect service, coverage, hours, lead-source, booking, communication, and escalation information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess fit, prepare a proposal or configuration, deliver requested services, support customers, protect the service, and maintain necessary business records.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, communication, scheduling, payment, or service delivery, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights and security.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, customer service, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You may also ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
